Our dedicated team of agents and brokers represented both the buyer and the seller in a $42 million real estate transaction, not only breaking a record on Nantucket, but in all of Massachusetts.
The Nantucket waterfront estate boasts expansive harbor views on 1.2 acres in Monomoy. Designed by world-renowned Workshop/APD and built by Rob Reid of Reid Builders, the property offers six bedrooms across three dwellings with private beach access. At $42 million, the sale has set a new benchmark for residential real estate on Nantucket.
With the completion of this sale, Lee Real Estate has now brokered three of the last four highest transactions on the island, as well as half of all Nantucket real estate transactions over $15 million in the last three years!
