On the western side of Nantucket, Madaket is home to the best sunsets on the Island. It has a little bit of everything such as boating, fishing, walking and biking. Home to one of the best summer restaurants on the island Millies, that is known for their casual dining and drinks. There is even a small market for your essentials including alcohol and ice cream. The endless coastline makes up an amazing view that can not be missed and creates a great space to escape the crowds of town.
What To Do
Madaket Beach can be accessed by biking, walking, bus or parking. It is lifeguarding and can have strong surf on windy days.
Where To Eat
Millie’s Nantucket is a very popular restaurant that is known for its cocktails, quesadillas, po-boys, salads and baja-style tacos. Order a meal and watch the beautiful sunset from their dining room.
Millie’s Market is great for the essentials. They have everything from wine & beer to ice cream to beach chair rentals.
