There are four bedrooms and three baths, for up to seven guests. There is a large fenced-in yard. The renovated kitchen is comfortably well-appointed. The house is heated for your comfort in chilly weather, with fireplaces downstairs for a warm welcome on a cold day. The house is equipped with window air conditioning.

The PoorHouse is perfect for a long weekend or week or more to create perfect memories. If you are visiting Nantucket for one of the many festivals that take place during the shoulder season (including the Daffodil Weekend, the Film, Dance, Book, Wine and Cranberry Festivals, and Christmas Stroll), or are part of a wedding celebration or reunion, our house is a perfect base of operations. You will have easy access to all the activity, and yet be able to retreat to your quiet home for a much needed break.
