With direct beach access and stunning ocean views this 4 bedroom beachside house is an awesome retreat. Hear the ocean from the beautiful indoor and outdoor living areas or take a quick stroll to the stunning beach with elevated bluffs overlooking the south shore of the island. This beautiful Tom Nevers home is a peaceful setting for a great family vacation.
First Floor Description
Front porch enters in to a spacious family room area with comfortable seating, large TV and access to the rear patio area. In addition there is a master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath and access to a rear deck. On the other side of the family room are 2 other bedrooms. One with a queen sized bed and the other with 2 twin beds. They both have access to a full bathroom. In addition, there is a laundry room.
Second Floor Description
The open concept living, kitchen and dining area space enjoys great light and views of the Atlantic on one side and Sankaty Head Light house on the other. Ceilings are vaulted with post and beam framing and a ships ladder leading to a cozy loft area. Glass sliders open on to 2 second floor decks. One with an outdoor dinning area and seating with ocean views and the other with seating and BBQ grill with Sankaty Head Light house views. The kitchen has a large island with seating for at least 4 people. In addition, there is a second floor master bedroom with queen bed, en suite bath and private deck with ocean views. There is a ½ bath off the living area.
Other Description
Unfinished basement area with several pieces of exercise equipment for tenant use.
Outdoor – Beautifully maintained gardens, a private outdoor shower and beautiful patio area with large gas fire pit.
