First Floor Description

First Floor: The front door opens into a spacious sitting room beyond which are two large bedrooms with private baths, a den with 1/2 bath and laundry, and access to a sitting deck.

Second Floor Description

Second Floor: At the top of the stairs you are struck by the view of the ocean. The view is appreciated from every seat in the open living and dining room which spans the front of the building. The galley kitchen was updated in 2008. Down a hall are three more bedrooms, a sitting room with day bed and 1 and ½ shared baths.
