Maya Kearns

Maya Kearns is a Sales & Rental Agent with Lee Real Estate who has called Nantucket home since 2005. Originally from Ukraine, she studied at Minsk State Linguistic University in Belarus before moving to New York City as an international exchange student, and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northeastern University.

Fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, Maya was selected as a Nantucket Project Fellow in 2013. She began working with Lee Real Estate 19 years ago and has been a licensed agent since 2012. Over the years, she has built a reputation for her detailed, client-focused approach in both sales and rentals, guiding families and investors with integrity and care. Maya fell in love with Nantucket nearly two decades ago, where she has built both her family and her career. Her blend of international perspective, professional training, and deep local knowledge makes her a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and renters alike.

Maya lives on Nantucket with her husband, Seth, their daughter, Zoe, who was born on the island, and their dog, Hugo, who loves the beach. In her free time, she enjoys walks around Miacomet Beach and Pond, biking out to Surfside Beach and catching sunsets with her family at Madaket Beach.
