Liza Ottani

Originally from New York City, Liza was first introduced to Nantucket as a child during summer vacations, and her love for the island brought her back during college. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. After a successful career researching and drafting policy on new and emerging technologies, Liza transitioned into real estate, earning her license in 2002 and becoming a Broker in 2011.

Liza’s clients consistently benefit from her strong listening skills, thoughtful guidance, approachable nature, and unwavering integrity. Her background in research and policy, combined with her expert negotiation skills, gives her a distinct advantage in the real estate market.

Liza works with clients across all price points and has been involved in helping local families become first time home owners to the listing and selling of multiple record breaking deals. She takes discretion seriously, and prides herself in helping all clients achieve their real estate goals.

Her husband, Jeffrey, is co-owner of Brant Point Building and Property Management. Together, they have two sons: Kai, a recent graduate of Elon University, and Dylan, who is currently attending the University of Colorado Boulder.
