Liza Ottani

Originally from New York City, Liza’s lifelong connection to Nantucket began with childhood summers, eventually drawing her back permanently during her college years. Today, she combines an analytical background with deep local roots to provide her clients with a distinct competitive advantage in the Nantucket real estate market.

Liza brings a unique perspective to real estate, holding a Master of Science from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Before earning her real estate license in 2002 and her Broker’s license in 2011, she enjoyed a successful career researching and drafting policy recommendations on new and emerging technologies.

Liza is deeply integrated into the Nantucket community alongside her husband, Jeffrey, co-founder of Brant Point Building. They are the proud parents of two sons: Kai, a graduate of Elon University, and Dylan, who attends the University of Colorado Boulder.
