Kelley Noonan

Kelley first discovered the pristine beaches and timeless charm of Nantucket during childhood family vacations- a connection that quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the island. After spending multiple summers working on Nantucket during and after college, she relocated to the island full-time in 2022 and joined the Lee Real Estate team, partnering with top producers Bruce Beni and Peter Engen. Since then, Kelley has become known for her exceptional client service, deep local expertise, and her consistent ability to help clients secure the perfect home or vacation experience in an increasingly competitive market.

Growing up in Hanover, NH, Kelley spent winters skiing competitively- an experience that built the determination, discipline, and work ethic she brings to every client relationship. She graduated from Kimball Union Academy in 2009 and earned her BA in Art History and Museum Studies from Connecticut College in 2013, studies that sharpened her visual eye and strengthened the design-driven perspective she applies to property marketing and staging.

Kelley spent five seasons in key leadership roles at the award-winning Straight Wharf Restaurant, followed by winter hospitality positions in Aspen and Jackson Hole. These high-touch hospitality environments refined her ability to anticipate needs, manage complex details, and deliver seamless experiences- skills her clients repeatedly recognize and appreciate. Her career then led her to New York City as a partnerships marketing manager, where she cultivated relationships with mission-driven brands, sustainability partners, and nonprofit organizations, and served on the young leadership board of the Billion Oyster Project.

Deeply committed to Nantucket’s heritage, Kelley also volunteers with the Nantucket Preservation Trust, supporting their mission to protect the island’s historic architecture and craftsmanship. This commitment speaks to her enduring admiration for the island’s architectural character and storied history.

In 2025, she earned her STAGING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL® certification, further elevating the design-focused insight she brings to every listing. Homeowners and buyers alike value her ability to enhance a home’s presentation and guide strategic decisions that strengthen overall market performance.
