Kelley Noonan

Kelley first discovered the pristine beaches and timeless charm of Nantucket during childhood family vacations - a connection that quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the island. After spending multiple summers living and working on Nantucket during and after college, she relocated to the island full-time in 2022 and joined the team at Lee Real Estate, partnering with top producers Bruce Beni and Peter Engen. Since then, Kelley has become known for her attentive client service, strong local knowledge, and ability to help clients secure exceptional homes and vacation experiences in an increasingly competitive market.

Raised in Hanover, New Hampshire, Kelley spent her winters skiing competitively - an experience that instilled the discipline, resilience, and work ethic she brings to every client relationship. She graduated from Kimball Union Academy in 2009 and earned a BA in Art History and Museum Studies from Connecticut College in 2013. Her academic background sharpened her visual eye and continues to inform the thoughtful, design-conscious approach she brings to property presentation and marketing.

Kelley spent five seasons in leadership roles at Nantucket’s acclaimed Straight Wharf Restaurant before taking winter hospitality positions in Aspen and Jackson Hole. These high-touch hospitality environments refined her ability to anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and deliver seamless client experiences. Her career later brought her to New York City, where she worked in partnerships marketing, cultivating relationships with mission-driven brands, sustainability partners, and nonprofit organizations, while also serving on the young leadership board of the Billion Oyster Project.

Deeply committed to Nantucket’s architectural heritage, Kelley volunteers with the Nantucket Preservation Trust, supporting its mission to preserve the island’s historic character and craftsmanship. In 2026, she completed the Certificate Program in Historic Preservation and Policy through the NYU School of Professional Studies, further strengthening her knowledge of preservation, architecture, and historic properties.

Kelley also holds a STAGING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL® certification, further enhancing the presentation-focused perspective she brings to every listing. Sellers and buyers alike value her ability to elevate a home’s presentation and guide thoughtful decisions that strengthen its overall market positioning.
