Kelley Noonan

Kelley was introduced to the pristine beaches and historic charm of Nantucket as a child during annual family vacations. Her growing love for the island community led to summer jobs here during and after college. After six years in New York City, she is thrilled to now call Nantucket home.

Kelley grew up in the college town of Hanover, NH where she spent her winters skiing competitively. She graduated from Kimball Union Academy in 2009 and received a BA from Connecticut College in Art History and Museum Studies in 2013. She spent five seasons working on Nantucket including in a managerial role at the award-winning Straight Wharf Restaurant, and as a volunteer at the Artists Association. Her passion for skiing led her to winter hospitality stints in Aspen, CO and Jackson, WY before her career took her to New York City. As a partnerships marketing manager, she focused on community outreach, and on fostering relationships with like-minded brands, key sustainability partners, and non-profit organizations. During her time in NYC, she also served on the young leadership board of the Billion Oyster Project.

After relocating to Nantucket full-time in 2022, Kelley joined the Lee Real Estate team. She went on to earn her STAGING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL® certification in 2025, further honing the design-forward insight she brings to every listing. With an intimate knowledge of the island and meticulous attention to detail, Kelley delights in helping clients realize their Nantucket dream—whether for a two-week escape or a forever home.
