This custom-built Nantucket vacation rental is located just off the top of Main Street with easy access to the Madaket Rd bike path. The incredible outdoor living space features a beautiful mahogany deck with a seating for six, a gas grill, a fire pit with lounge seating, a heated in-ground pool as well as a recently built outdoor shower.
First Floor Description
The state of the art kitchen has Thermador appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating. The sun-drenched dining area has a built-in banquet and sits eight to ten people. There is a custom-built wet bar complete with a sink and beverage refrigerator. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. The primary king en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor, along with a bunk room which has a twin over full bed with a trundle bed underneath and an ensuite bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Second Floor Description
The second floor features two guest bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and a combination tub/shower.
Other Description
The lower level has an entertainment area with a comfortable couch, 75″ Television, wet bar, and a cozy reading nook and a six-seat dining table. The guest bedroom on this level has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional washer and dryer on the lower level. Accessible from the first floor or through a private outside entrance.
