Gudgeon Cottage is a cozy retreat, ideal for a couple or small family. It features pine walls and floors, vaulted ceilings, and furnishings from the iconic Nantucket Looms. The private primary bedroom includes a queen bed and its own bathroom with a tub/shower. On the other side of the cottage, two guest bedrooms offer twin beds each, along with a shared bathroom featuring a shower. After a day at the beach, you can freshen up in the outdoor shower. A front porch, perfect for lounging, overlooks the communal grassy area, providing a great space for kids to play. The back deck, accessible through a French door from the living room, offers a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and chairs. This deck is private, enclosed by high hedges and backed by protected wetlands, making it a perfect spot for family meals or quiet reading. Please note that the fireplace is not usable, and animals are not permitted per the Crows Nest Association HOA.
