First Floor Description

Enter through bright enclosed sun porch into formal entry foyer with open stairway. Straight ahead, accessed through glass paned french pocket doors, is a formal living room/library with built-in bookshelves and a fireplace. To the right is a large family room with 2 separate sitting areas and large flat screen tv. Wide plank floors in all these rooms. Family room opens to large open chefs kitchen and dining room with seating for 10 overlooking manicured private garden and patio. Kitchen is a cooks dream with 6 burner Viking Stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and separate U-Line mini-fridge. Large granite island with prep sink. Back stairway to second floor bedrooms. Off kitchen is a charming laundry room with work desk and utility sink. There is also a powder room and back mudroom which leads out to the patio and outdoor shower – great for arriving home from the beach. Tiled floors in this area.

Second Floor Description

At the top of the front stairway is a bedroom with a single twin bed. The master suite is also off the front stairwell with a King bed, multiple closets and master bath with claw foot tub, shower and double marble sinks. Down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twins and hall bath with tub/shower and marble counters. Further down the hall and also accessed from the back stairway is a private queen bedroom and hall bath with shower and marble counters. 2nd laundry in hallway.
