The estate’s private gardens are newly open to residents as a shared resource to explore. The gardens are available for main residence or guest house exclusive event/meal use by advanced reservation. The crops are managed by a professional vegetable gardener with weekly seasonal harvests delivery to residents’ doorstep. Also new, this residence is now rented in the great harvest weeks after Labor Day, potentially through Thanksgiving.

A 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe (electric hybrid)(granite) can potentially eliminate refueling trips by traveling over 20 miles per charge house on quiet battery power before automatically switching to gas. A sliding glass door from the dining room opens to the back deck and patio which overlooks the shared formal and vegetable gardens. The second floor has three bedrooms. A master suite with a king-size bed, a private balcony and full private bath. Two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom.
