The main residence on the estate is also available, sleeping 12 people in six bedrooms. It is well removed from the guest house.
**The main house redesign with Carolyn Thayer Designs and Main Street Construction is on track to welcome guests in June. No new pictures yet. Updates in the main house include a newly designed kitchen, all new main floor furniture, lighting, art, paint and flooring as well as audio video modernization throughout the estate: new Sonos, internet and 4K movies. 2. Garden to table — a table in the garden, now in the fall too: New for 2021, the vegetable gardens will be opened for on-property guests to enjoy and be professionally managed to grow food for them. Also new, the property will be available after Labor Day through the fall, a great harvest season. These new offerings make the property stand out among foodie and experience-focused clients who seek privacy, peace and proximity to all.
A fully-equipped function barn seating up to 30 guests is available separately to on-property guests. Catering can be arranged independently.
New 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe (electric hybrid): This cool new Wrangler can travel over 20 miles on battery power (silently) before switching to normal gas power. It will be available for on-property guests with its full set of features at a reasonable rate
First Floor Description
A nice-sized refinished kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar an dining room. A sliding glass door from the dining room opens to the back deck and patio which overlooks the shared formal and vegetable gardens. A Comfortable lviing room with access to a spacious, covered front and side wrap-around porch and outdoor shower. A powder room.
Second Floor Description
The second floor has three bedrooms; A master suite with king size bed, a private balcony, and full private bath. Two bedrooms with queen beds that share a full bathroom.
Third Floor: Two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have cathedral ceilings and share a full bathroom.
