First Floor Description

Entry hallway leads to the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/shower, laundry area, 2nd Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a TV, 3rd Bedroom with a four poster Queen bed, then a door to a covered porch, outdoor shower and lawn.

Second Floor Description

Open light and bright living area with a deck to take in the distant ocean views, a dining table with seating for 8 and the kitchen with a counter and stools for casual dining. Sleeper sofa.

Lovely home just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Low Beach Ocean and a short bike ride to the charming Sconset village where you will find a market to get your newspaper & home made muffins, gourmet restaurants, post office & bus into town. Its classic Nantucket upside down style makes it perfect for enjoying the water views from a deck off the dining/great room. The interior is functional and very pretty with an island feel. It is tastefully furnished with lots of crisp linens; each bedroom has a nice sized well thought out closet space. It’s easy for entertaining with a kitchen equipped to handle a stay at home dinner party or a pack up picnic with gear & sandwiches for the beach. Upstairs has 2 separate sitting areas – one with a wood burning stove, the other with 2 sofas. The private yard is replete with a large outdoor shower. Each bedroom has a TV. Upstairs there’s a small work area with a Mac computer, fax/printer
