There is a master suite (king bed) on the first floor with a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet and sitting area and TV. There is also direct access to the patio/pool. There are two living areas on this level, one with a large, flat screen TV and another with a more formal set up. There is a dining room that can accommodate 10 people an also another dining area off of the kitchen. The kitchen is appointed with top of the line amenities and appliances. There is a powder room off of the formal living area and a laundry room located on this level, near a side entrance.

Second Floor Description

The second floor has three bedrooms, all with full en suite bathrooms and queen beds. Two of the three bedrooms have a TV. There is a gaming area, complete with a pool table, that also has access to a deck which overlooks the back yard, pool and beyond.

Other Description

The lower level of this home includes the final queen bedroom, also with an en suite bathroom. There is cozy media room, gym with brand new equipment and a sauna. There is also a half bath. There is a sound system throughout the house so guests can enjoy their choice of music throughout and also central ac.
