Just beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for six and the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, island seating for six, stainless steel General Electric appliances, a gas range, and a laundry closet with a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer. At the backside of the house a hall leads to the first-floor master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed shower tiled shower. Off the hall is a door out to the back patio/yard where you will find a gas grill, and a firepit with seating for six.
Second Floor Description
The second-floor primary has a queen bed with a walk-in closet, flat-screen television, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, one a queen bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Other Description
The third floor has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.
The lower level has a wet bar with a sink, wine refrigerator, and a high-top table for two. There is a second stacked washer and dryer for overflow laundry. A home theater with a movie projector and two levels of seating is off the front hall. Just beyond are exercise mats with kettlebells and TRX and a full bathroom with a shower.
