Madaket is located on the south shore at the end of Madaket Road accessed from Upper Main in town. The Beach is well known for its large waves great for surfing and boogie boarding, but also for its show stopping sunsets. Visitors can access this area of the island via the Bike Path or The Wave shuttle and are mesmerized by views of Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. You can stop by Millies restaurant for lunch or dinner or a late afternoon cool beverage and appetizer. Bring a good book and a beach blanket and come spend some time letting this area of the island refresh you.
