Dionis is a beautiful area located on the North Shore of the island. Well known for its wide open spaces and unspoiled conservation areas, visitors enjoy leisurely bike rides and long walks on the sandy paths and quiet days searching for shells and beach glass on the Beach. Located just off Madaket Road in Eel Point and easily accessed from both the Cisco Bike Path and the Madaket Bike Path, the North Shore is well known for its calmer surf making it ideal for families with small children. Watch the sunset or drop a fishing line in the water at the 40th Pole or sunbathe at Dionis Beach.
