The Beach Bunker is located in Brant Point, less than a half mile to town and one block from the beach. Views of the Jetties and Nantucket Harbor can be enjoyed from the upstairs porch and living areas. The painted floors and beautifully appointed living area are relaxing and inviting. First Floor Description
From the foyer, enter into a large open living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has comfortable seating around a decorative fireplace and the dining area has seating for eight. The newly remodeled kitchen is light and bright and has a large center island with seating for three, white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, an ice maker and a gas range. Off the living area is an enclosed porch with comfortable seating, a card/game table, and flat-screen television. At the back for the house is a large porch with seating and a charcoal grill. The first-floor master has a queen bed with an ensuite shower bathroom with double vanity. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the far side of the living room; the first bedroom has twin beds and uses a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and the second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The laundry room is located off the back hall between the two guest bedrooms.
Second Floor Description
Enter into a large living area with French doors that open out to deck with harbor views and seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, the first has two twin beds and the second a king bed and a single. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. A full- size stackable washer and dryer complete the second floor.
Other Description
This Nantucket vacation rental has three porches. The front porch is covered and offers a quiet place to watch people stroll by. The downstairs back porch is covered and has a dining table for six and counter seating for three. Upstairs the porch has seating for six and views of the harbor.
