First floor master with King bedroom and shower bathroom. Den/office with hall powder room. Laundry room. Lower level: Queen bedroom with full bathroom (shower) and twin bedroom with full bathroom (shower). Media room. Ping pong & fuse ball game room. Yoga room with stationary bike.

Second Floor Description

King master bedroom with tub and shower, two walk-in closets and office nook with stunning views, private deck. Kids bedroom with bunk bed (twin over twin), and built in twin bed and tub bathroom and twin in the loft- so 4 children can sleep in this bedroom- as long as child sleeping in the loft is over 10 years of age. California King (for those people who prefer an extra long bed) bedroom with shower bathroom and built in desk nook. Laundry room. COTTAGE: Great room with full kitchen, living, dining area that seats 6 and walks out to pool/hot tub area. Powder room. Queen bedroom on second floor with shower bathroom.
